Caleb Dixon joined RemitDATA in 2003, and now serves as Vice President of Product Strategy, having been promoted three times since his hiring as a customer service manager. He currently oversees all aspects of the company’s product life cycles including understanding market demands, technology advancements, industry trends, and the competitive field. Caleb partners with all levels within RemitDATA to translate product, customer, and marketing needs into actionable priorities for new sales, supporting customers, and business operations.
Prior to joining RemitDATA, Caleb was a Systems Analyst for the Jackson Clinic, P.A., a multi-specialty clinic with more than 100 physicians. His responsibilities included supporting and enhancing a large-scale practice management information system, overseeing all bolt-on solutions and outside vendors, and project management. Prior to his career in healthcare, Caleb spent 5 years in various sales environments. Caleb received his bachelors degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Union University.
