


Jason Whiteaker leads the Customer Support department to insure that every RemitDATA customer gets the most from their service and maintains an active subscription. Currently the Customer Support department assists over 8,500+ medical providers throughout the United States. Under Jason's leadership, RemitDATA has maintained a 95% renewal rate in its customer base.
Prior to joining RemitDATA, Jason served as an IT Manager in the Advertising/Promotions industry and then as Director of Sales. Jason's combination of IT knowledge and sales skills make him the perfect fit to lead the Customer Support Department.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technology University. He currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and two sons.
