Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct training calls with Direct Sales and Partner customers to determine implementation and reports requirements
  • Verify data set up, data groups, and payer groups in customer accounts prior to training session
  • Set up TITAN 2.0 reports in customer accounts based upon the agreed upon setup
  • Schedule follow up calls with customers to determine additional training needs
  • Respond to customers on training related questions
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the VP of Client Services and Direct Sales and the Director of Training and Retention

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University is preferred
  • Strong personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) and Internet Applications (e.g. Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.)
  • 1-4 years Previous experience in customer support is preferred
  • Previous SaaS or Healthcare experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Adobe Captivate or Flash is preferred
  • Ability to travel <10%, as needed
  • Very strong Project management, interpersonal, organization, time management, research skills
  • Strong detail, customer, and results orientation
  • Ability to organize own work and work as a team, set priorities, meet deadlines, and strong follow up with minimal direction.
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) and resolve conflict in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and persistently monitor issues until they are resolved
  • Ability to meet and proposed and scheduled timelines for training
