The Account Manager represents the entire RemitDATA portfolio of solutions assigned to strategic partner customers. This individual will lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure the customers’ agreed upon scope of work are delivered and expectations are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple existing partner relationships to meet and/or exceed company budget and profit goals
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner organizations
  • Lead the development account documentation such as meeting notes, contract and addendum development, and invoice reporting
  • Lead organized weekly client calls and quarterly reviews to highlight account success and note ongoing initiatives and objectives
  • Keep all relevant team members (product management, leadership, marketing, implementation) informed by regularly distributing thorough conference reports. Keep teams informed about upcoming meetings, the status of initiatives and any relevant insights or key learnings
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate needs of each individual partner on an ongoing basis
  • Balance daily client requests alongside support of account teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects that align with client goals and vision
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and the perception of positive value of RemitDATA within a partner both for current initiatives as well as strategic new initiatives
  • Manage all the details of each account and work proactively with internal teams (product management, leadership, marketing, implementation) to meet partner goals and needs
  • Understand client’s business, company news, team updates, etc. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards

  • Passionate about producing high-quality work and forming strong, trusting relationships, both internally and externally at all levels of an organization


  • Education: Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Experience: minimum of 5 years account management experience required
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of related healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Position is based out of the Plano, TX office. Remote candidates must be willing to relocate
